CADET CORPS STRUCK WITH ANOTHER TRAGIC LOSS |
|
|
Sixteen-year-old Cpl Webster S. lost his life on Sunday after getting into difficulties at Brownes Beach, one day after his sixteenth birthday and while attending a classmate’s birthday picnic on the beach. Shaquille was a well liked, fun loving member of the Cadet Corps, an active member of the Cadet Band and a well respected NCO. He was also held in very high regard at school by both staff and fellow students. It is with deep sadness and grief that the Commandant, Officers, HQ Staff, NCO’s, Cadets and all ranks and associates of the Barbados Cadet Corps express our sincere condolences to the parents, family, friends and associates of Cpl Webster. We sincerely share your terrible loss and we thank you for having shared Shaquille with us in the cadet family over the past five years. May he rest in peace. |
